Each age division will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finisher in the
Hit-A-Thon. For those ages that have travel team(s), those players will
compete against other travel players within their own division.
Prizes will also be given out based on the amount of donations brought in.
Grand Prize
The player who raises the most money will receive a Phillies package consisting of a Jean Segura autographed baseball, Phanatic Star Wars Bobble Head and 4 tickets to a 2019
Phillies game (date mutually agreed upon with the Phillies). These tickets will be in either a Lower Level section or in the Hall of Fame section, depending on availability for the game chosen.
2nd Place
The player who raises the second most money will receive a package consisting of 4 Field Level tickets to a 2019 Lehigh Valley IronPigs Monday-Thursday game, assorted WYB apparel and Phillies memorabilia and two 60-minute Sky Zone passes.
3rd Place
The player who raises the third most money will receive 6 general admission tickets to a 2019 Reading Fightin Phils game plus two 60-minute Sky Zone passes.
Additional Prizes
The Philadelphia Phillies in conjuction with Chevy Youth Baseball Program, on behalf of Lafferty Chevrolet, have made available to WYB tickets to free youth baseball instructional clinics for boys and girls ages 5-14. Philadelphia Phillies staff will instruct the clinic held at Citizens Bank Park. Each participant will also receive a voucher that is good for three (3) tickets for the game that afternoon or a game at a later date.
The winners of the tickets to these clinics will be selected by who raises the most money in a given time period.
May 1-7 - Winner will receive tickets to the Sunday June 9th clinic plus 3 tickets to the game.
May 8-14 - Winner will receive tickets to the Sunday July 28th clinic plus 3 tickets to the game
May 15-21 - Winner will receive tickets to the Sunday August 18 clinic plus 3 tickets to the game
In addition, we will randomly select three different winners from ANYONE who has received a donation by May 22nd and award them a second invite to each of the three clinics listed above.
